APhA's Lead360: The Leader Within Virtual Experience helps participants maintain their focus on their plan for leadership and personal development. The Virtual Experience includes 30-minute webinars that can be viewed on the participant's schedule (live attendance is not required), activities to implement what the participant has learned in everyday life, and 60-minute small cohort calls with an expert facilitator and 3-5 other participants. Activities occur every other week and will require 30-60 minutes of engagement plus any time spent focusing on the integration of the lessons into everyday life.

Webinars

Webinars will be pre-recorded by an expert facilitator and will build on the content from the live session. New lessons or case examples may be included and each webinar will call on participants to dive deeper into the leadership development journey. Webinars will be approximately 30 minutes and can be watched at the leisure of the participant during the assigned week.

Implementation Activities

Implementation activities will fuel participants to take what they have learned and make it a reality. This include focusing on the values, interests, strengths, and needs from the live session as well as integrating the lessons learned during the webinars. The activities will include suggested actions participants can take between the webinar and the small cohort call.

Small Cohort Learning Calls

Small cohort learning calls will bring a subset of the live session group back together every 2 weeks to discuss the content from the webinars and the experiences, successes, and challenges participants are having as they integrate what they have learned into their lives. During the calls, an expert facilitator will help guide participants and add insight to fuel the passion for leadership development. Each small cohort will stay together for the duration of the Virtual Experience, which will create opportunities to network, share, and learn from each other.
