APhA's Meeting the Requirements Quality Improvement Series (MTR QI) is a pharmacy residency education and training program created to assist programs with learning, practicing, and applying skills for quality improvement of your residency program. Participants engage in an interactive experience that guides you through the review, analysis, evaluation, and quality improvement of your program structure and materials, including learning experience descriptions, resident development plans, and formative and summative evaluations. The training program is designed for pharmacy residency directors, coordinators, preceptors, and other individuals involved in an existing pharmacy residency program administration and coordination. It is expected that participants have baseline knowledge of pharmacy residency program administration and facilitation. APhA MTR is ACPE-accredited and contains both home study and live components.
