By registering for the MRM2017, I understand my likeness can be used for APhA purposes in future publications and promotional materials.

All registration cancellations must be in writing and received by the APhA Student Development (nwhatley@aphanet.org) three weeks prior to the Friday start of the meeting, and are subjected to a $75 administrative fee.  No refunds will be made for cancellation received 20 days before the Friday start of the regional meeting.
