By registering for the MRM2021 Virtual Expo, I understand my likeness can be used for APhA purposes in future publications and promotional materials.

All registration cancellations must be in writing and received by the APhA Student Development (apha-asp@aphanet.org) and are subjected to a $25 administrative fee.  No refunds will be made for cancellation received after October 22, 2021 11:59 PST.
