By registering for the NPLIFE2023, I understand my likeness can be used for APhA purposes in future publications and promotional materials.

All registration cancelllations must be in writing and received by the APhA Student & New Practitioner Development Department (apha-asp@aphanet.org) by the registration deadline of October 16, 2023.  All cancelled registrations are subjected to a $50 administrative/cancellation fee.  No refunds will be made for cancellation received after the registration deadline of October 16, 2023.
