By registering for the MRM2019, I understand my likeness can be used for APhA purposes in future publications and promotional materials.

All registration cancelllations must be in writing and received by the APhA Student Development (nwhatley@aphanet.org) 13 days prior to the Friday start of the meeting, and are subjected to a $50 administrative fee.  No refunds will be made for cancellation received 13 days before the Friday start of the regional meeting.
